I learn something from my experience that girls need to be heard so the answer is simply to be a good listener. Because most of girl want to stay hang out with a guy who makes her comfort.

1. Be patient and calm
Listen for every word she said and concentrate your mind and gesture only to her.
2. Be present in the moment
Keep your mind in that situation and and don't be thinking about what you're going to say next. Just make it natural.
3. Focus on her
Don't do any task while you are listening just sit, listen and look into her eyes softly.
4. Ask questions
Look at the situation. Once she stop talking or break ask question relating with the topic. This is a good way to show that you are really care.
5. Summarize what you've heard. 
If you don't have any question or don't have a clue to say next just summarize her talking
6. Don't interrupt
Interrupttion will only show that you are rushing and aggressive. Wait until she stops talking before you say something.

Prepare yourself before you meet her and start talking. Sometime when you feel too tired or stressed to listen her just think that soon she will be your girl, be patient. Once she feel comfort and think that you are someone who can talk to then she will looking for you when she need an advice about something.  The more you seeing each other the more chance that she will like you.
